Horizontal Layout

This example uses one of the horizontal layouts included, with the field labels to the left of the fields. On a small screen, the layout changes to vertical, with the field labels above the fields.

For this example we have added a mandatory Recipient Selector field (you have to choose a department other than the first) and a file upload field. Error messages are in overlay mode.
